Recently visited the Melbourne Zoo, a place I haven't been to for a long time. There is truly something about being at a place you've been before, but seeing everything with a fresh mindset and at a completely different place in your life. The animals were lovely to watch, and it was even more precious to see little children with their parents and grandparents, being {or pretending to be} equally amazed.
I learned during my day there that the zoo has been around for 150 years. Yes, 150. Amazing, isn't it? For the last 150 years, many parents have brought their children to this very zoo for an outing during the weekend, and those children probably brought their own children too years later. It was a small fact, yes, but it made me smile all the same.
